Storytelling A Class for Adults

Classs dates: May 16, 23 & 30th from 6 - 8 pm.

Stories and Folktales provide a kaleidoscope of wisdom. They are like an owner's manual on how to be a wise human being. There's something special about telling a story versus reading it. This class is an introduction to those who want to develop the storyteller within. Working with stories from around the world you will learn basic storytelling techniques. There is no memorization! This is not a drama class. It is for people interested in exploring themes and symbolic meanings in stories for adults. You will learn how to identify themes in stories. Most importantly, you will learn how to tell a story with confidence to anyone.
