Artist Talk: Cheryl Hahn

This exhibition focuses on the act of drawing and how it is integrated into paintings and other mixed media work. The first iteration of this show appeared in a major exhibition at the Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute, Indiana from January 20 – April 2, 2023. The Dalles Art Center is pleased to present this second display of works from the 2023 show in addition to more recent paintings by the artist---Cheryl H. Hahn, who grew up in the Midwest but has made the northwest her home since 1995.

Cheryl will present a lecture on her style and experience as a female artist, followed by an interactive project with the audience. This artist talk will wrap up with an opportunity for questions from the audience.
